We wash and cut cherry tomatoes in half or in quarters. Drain the fresh mozzarella and chop it. We cut the black olives into discs. Drain the anchovies and reserve.

Heat a pan of the same diameter as the pizza base and, when it is steaming, place the pizza dough inside. When the base is slightly toasted, we flip. Spread with tomato sauce and place the rest of the ingredients all over the surface. We lower the fire to the minimum and cover . Cook for about 10 minutes or until the base is cooked.

Once the pizza is ready, remove from the pan, sprinkle with dry oregano and water with a splash of extra virgin olive oil . We serve immediately.
